Julia and I watched WILD AT HEART . . . she loved it OF COURSE. Afterwards we both lamented the fact that nobody is capable of human attachment anymore. They’ve forgotten how to do it . . . forgotten how to do the most natural, fundamentally human thing ever. Uh oh! And then I walked her to the U-bahn station in the pouring rain. We agreed it felt nice. She took these pictures at my behest. Thank you, Julia . . . may we both find human attachment sooner than later. For god’s sake, what else is there in this world, really, when you get down to it???
