WOW!

I finally finished creating a sidebar for mobile view. If you’ve only ever bore witness to this godforsaken website on your phone, you probably didn’t even realize there WAS a sidebar on the desktop version of starsailor dot co . . . and so: here it is.

You tap the little hamburger at the top right and the thing slides out. You can then scroll within the sidebar. Tapping the hamburger again closes the menu, but I trust you already knew this!

If you do not yet see it, just clear your cache / browsing history. This will update the style sheet.

I’m still tweaking it, so bear with me. For now you can donate $$$, search, read my novels, and check out my cool friends’ websites and music. I love it . . .

. . . is currently playing on Criterion Channel. Since like a hundred of you jokers mooch off my Criterion Channel account, I thought I’d let you know just in case you’ve somehow never seen it. Do yourself a favor and watch it! Or watch it again! It contains everything I love about movies in a single movie. Wow!

I can’t help it: I love a star-crossed lovers road trip movie, and this is the very best one.

Two summers ago I showed it to this Italian girl I knew, whom I had met on my half-birthday. We watched it in perfect silence, which is the only way to watch a movie. Afterwards we both teared up. She turned to me and said, “That’s the best thing I’ve ever seen in my life,” and I very nearly fell in love with her right then and there.
