Hey!! Did y’all celebrate Twin Peaks Day? I sure did! I went to Rudy’s Can’t Fail Cafe here in beautiful Emeryville, California, on a breezy 70-degree day, and had me a good ol time with this’n:
I went with apple pie over rhubarb. I apologize if that offends anyone’s pie sensibilities. Had I been in Oregon, as I was in 2017, I would have gotten marionberry pie, to wit:
Afterwards I retreated to my friends’ castle in the Oakland Hills, because that’s just the sort of thing I do these days.
